We weren’t going anywhere like this, so we went to the manager’s office to explain (+ complain) the situation. Then with a few more twists and turns, we finally found someone who could help us.

It must be a worse nightmare for those who need to take small children…

I felt sorry for my husband who had to accompany me each time during weekdays. However, even if I could speak the language fluently, I couldn’t have done this by myself.

In my opinion, the keys to success are language fluency and aggressiveness. You first need to fight with all other people who are waiting outside and then somehow persuade the staff to serve you.

Yup it takes alot of tolerance for mediocrity and “aggressiveness. You first need to fight with all other people who are waiting outside and then somehow persuade the staff to serve you.”

    Yup.
