Of course, we had my card issued on the same day. (For the sake of my husband, he is  very calm and usually never shouts in this manner.)

I understand that the problems are not individual staff’s fault, but I want to say that they should be still careful what they say (and how they say it)… Some words and behaviors were really provoking.

If you wish to conserve your time and energy, of course you can pay a layer to do it for you. One after another, these layers cut in line and make our waiting time even longer (apparently, layers are not required to wait in line).

My permit is valid for 5 years, and just thinking about the renewal process gives me a headache.

Ah, and also when you get a new passport, you are supposed to report that to the immigration office. I’m glad that my passport validity is 10 years…

Yup the public sector is pretty spoiled and needs to be beaten a bit. They dont care what you think, they act as if they are set for life and they can do as they wish. Before the crisis the very idea of firing someone from the public sector….well, it did not exist, it was something improbable. 60% of GDP is spend to the public sector and they got armies of unionists and politicians to protect them, but one day we gonna be free of their incompetence…i like to dream!
